This is a women's only strength training group catered to those approaching or already in perimenopause & post menopausal populations and their training needs. Programming will be centered around heavy compound movements, plyometrics + impact training and high intensity intervals. This group is designed to support women and not only help gain/maintain strength but to also keep their bones, tendons and ligaments strong and capable.

Our Longevity Class is designed to help adults 50+ build confidence, reduce pain, and make day-to-day activities easier through safe, effective strength training. Whether you're managing stiffness, coming back from injury, or just feeling unsure where to begin, we meet you exactly where you are. You'll learn how to move safely, build strength, protect your joints, and feel more capable in your body — not just in the gym, but in your life. This is about training for longevity, vitality, and the freedom to do the things you love for years to come.

this small group training is all about the snatch and clean & jerk, the two movements that make up the sport of weightlifting in the Olympics. Whether you are new to these lifts or have been practicing them for years, you will gain valuable insight into how you can continually make improvements. Unlike many of our classes, this program is structured in 12 week blocks due to the high skill component of the sport and we do not allow for drop ins or for someone to start in the middle of a program. Our next program begins Tuesday, July 1st.
