Elevated Strength is your path towards better understanding and pushing the more challenging and heavy lifts. Looking for more ability to train like an athlete and focus on the details and get even stronger than the formatting of Summit Strength might allow.
Qualifications:
+ must be a member for at least 90 days
+ desire to train like an athlete (jumping, lifting and accessories)
+ goals to be stronger and move better
Our most popular class features challenging compound movements with dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight training. Primary lifts paired with accessory work create a balanced, total-body training program.
A range of mobility techniques to slowly open your body, building strength and flexibility throughout each session. Leave feeling more limber with a deeper understanding of your body while having fun in the process.
