During your 21 Day Launch Program, you'll follow one of three paths designed to match your goals and fitness level

Women-focused training including:
Designed for peri/post-menopausal women with specialized programming for hormonal changes
*Any woman can try HER Power Hour during Launch except for if you’re on the Longevity path
Focused training for active aging:
Perfect for adults 50+ who want to build confidence, reduce pain, and make daily activities easier
Start with a one-on-one personal training session where we'll assess your goals, check your form, and help you determine the best path forward.
If you decide to continue, your $49 is applied directly to the $179 Launch Program fee, making your total investment just $130 more for 21 days of unlimited training.
After completing your 21 Day Launch Program on your chosen path, select the membership that fits your goals
