Uplift is currently operating with a waitlist, and most of our classes are consistently full. Because of this, we've paused enrollment into our 21 Day Trial (Launch Program) for the time being.

That said, if you have availability during the following times, we may still be able to accommodate you:

  • Any Her Power Hour classes
  • Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends

60 Minute Personal Training Session

$49
Fully refundable. Applied as credit toward the $179 Launch Program if you continue.

Starts with your Personal Training Session where we'll:

Go over your goals

Perform a movement assessment and form check on primary exercises

Give you an overview of our systems (i.e. booking and programming apps)

Talk to you about what Launch "route" makes the most sense for you

Group Class Paths

During your 21 Day Launch Program, you'll follow one of three paths designed to match your goals and fitness level

Signature Classes

Access to all our signature classes:

  • - Summit Strength
  • - Metabolic Strength
  • - Mobility
  • - Weekend Hybrid

Ideal for those looking for variety and comprehensive fitness

Path #2

HER Power Hour

Women-focused training including:

  • - All Signature Classes
  • - HER Power Hour (women only)

Designed for peri/post-menopausal women with specialized programming for hormonal changes

*Any woman can try HER Power Hour during Launch except for if you’re on the Longevity path

Path #3

Longevity

Focused training for active aging:

  • - Longevity Classes
  • - Mobility Classes

Perfect for adults 50+ who want to build confidence, reduce pain, and make daily activities easier

Start with a one-on-one personal training session where we'll assess your goals, check your form, and help you determine the best path forward.

Fully Refundable if you decide not to continue with a membership

Continue to Launch Program

If you decide to continue, your $49 is applied directly to the $179 Launch Program fee, making your total investment just $130 more for 21 days of unlimited training.
